Studio location 147 Carpenter Rd- Located in Cambridge near the intersection of Franklin and Myers. The well equipped private studio has everything you need to obtain your personal goals. All sessions are by appointment or registration only. Sorry, there are no drop ins -without an appointment - to help maintain the privacy of the clients.

PERSONAL TRAINING
One on one training: just you and Tannis for a session of individualized and personalized care.
- one hour sessions
- half hour personal training express sessions
- 5 sessions for $255.00 + Gst
- 10 sessions for $460.00 + Gst
- individual visit $51.00 + Gst

Couple training: bring your spouse, partner, friend, associate for an hour of "couples" training

- 5 sessions for $ 382.50 + Gst
- 10 sessions for $690.00 + Gst
