As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Sports Nutrition Specialist, Tannis Maciel focuses on natural nutrition  from a holistic point of view.  Whether you are trying to lose weight, gain lean body mass, improve performance, gain energy or just eat healthier, Tannis can guide you through the myriad of confusing and often conflicting information in the media today.   

Your Personal Evaluation May Include:  

• a dietary analysis to determine where you are starting from
• recommended caloric intake for weight loss, lean mass gain, or performance
• body fat percentage evaluation as well as lean body mass
• education and recommended eating and supplementation for health conditions addressed by disease prevention or uncomplicated instances of chronic diseases of the general population such as hypertension, obesity, diabetes and other metabolic diseases
• "house cleaning" of cupboards
• menu planning, recipes and shopping lists
• food allergy sensitivity and organ point testing

Computerized BioEnergetic Health Testing/Clinical Nutrition

Tannis Personal Training Inc. uses the MSAS Professional System, a computerized health testing system that allows Tannis to accurately conduct an interview with the body.  Also called electrodermal screening, it is an assessment of the many energy meridians of the body and the organs and structures located along those meridians.  Electrodermal screening evaluates the energetic condition of different organs and systems, indicating the presence or absence of imbalance.  The analysis may involve the introduction and implementation of food and dietary programs, vitamin, mineral and botanical supplementation or detoxification programs. 

Initial test (1-1.5 hours) $100.00   Follow up appointments (.5 to 1 hour)  $42.00

Session Prices:

Nutritional guidance is booked on an hourly basis, including those hours spent preparing information for the client within office time.
